Promotional pencils - how to order:


Price: all the relevant pricing is shown on the website, however if you'd like us to confirm your price with a written quote we're happy to do so.

Artwork: once you're happy with the final price you need to decide whether you'll be supplying the artwork or you'd like us to lay it out for you.  

If you're supplying the artwork, you'll find the print areas shown on the relevant product page.  Ideally we'd like the artwork as a vector eps file with all text saved as curves/outlines, but if that causes a problem please let us know and we'll go to 'plan B'.  We can only print solid colours and use pantone references for colour matching.

If you'd like us to put together a design for you, please let us know what information you'd like shown (eg website, telephone number, e-mail address etc) and send your logo as a vector eps file with all text saved as curves/outlines (again if this is a problem please let us know and we'll talk about other options). 

Order confirmation: once we have your artwork we'll send an order acknowledgement and pdf visual for you to approve before we start printing.  You are welcome to make as many changes as you like to the design at this stage without incurring any cost.  Along with the order acknowledgement, if you're not an account customer, we'll also send a pro-forma invoice.

When you're happy with the design and have signed off the order acknowledgement and visual (and paid if you're a non-account customer) we will then schedule the job in with the printers.  Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks, but if you do need them sooner please let us know and we'll be happy to push it through quicker if possible.

Once the order is delivered, we'll send a VAT invoice for your records.
