Delivery & Returns
Prices shown are ex-works. Unless stated otherwise, carriage is charged separately on all orders.
Delivery of the goods shall be made to the address as specified by the Buyer on the order.
On-line orders can only be delivered to one UK mainland address. Multiple addresses or non-UK mainland addresses are possible, but the Buyer must seek confirmation and costs from us direct (01206 272020) or email@example.com before placing the order. The order must then be placed with us in person, not on-line.
Delivery dates are approximate only and are not guaranteed. If the Buyer's delivery date is a 'no-fail' then this must be agreed with us prior to the acceptance of your order.
We do not accept returns where we have fulfilled your order as specified due to the goods having been printed or personalised to your specification. We cannot be held liable for incorrect artwork supplied or incorrect artwork approved by you. We are not liable for an incorrect delivery address supplied by you.
This will not affect your statutory rights.
In the unfortunate event that goods arrive faulty or you have a problem then we reserve the right to inspect the goods as supplied before they are used by the Buyer. The complaint must be put in writing within 7 days of delivery.
